PropertyMutual - A new way of doing business for a new decade.

PropertyMutual.com , the original mutual for agents, went live as a free portal in January 2014. It is delivered by a partner owned, limited by guarantee company called CREVALA.

In 2019 it introduced a nominal £10 p.m. subscription for agents due to the need to provide an accountable, ethical and independent mutual business alternative. A genuine mutual is the only business model guaranteed to work solely in the best interests of its members and social causes.

PropertyMutual provides long term control to property professionals over their marketing costs and data whilst being free to divert any surplus to social causes, not external shareholders.

1. PropertyMutual is a certified member of Social Enterprise UK.
2. Our professional partners, their clients and the consumer can become part of a true mutual and share in our success.
3. We operate just like the well known property portals, but list all UK residential, commercial and agricultural real estate for sale, to rent and to share in a unified platform.
4. If your UK property is worth more than £1.5m, your property will appear for FREE on our sister portal PropertyPortal.com.
5. Any property professional listing property on behalf of a customer can advertise on PropertyMutual.
6. Any operating surplus PropertyMutual may make can be offered as a bonus to our partners, possibly to reduce the following year’s partnership fees; or with partnership agreement be used to improve the core service for further partner benefit; or be used for charitable & social purposes, possibly related to affordable housing projects. 
7. PropertyMutual is not and will never be driven by outside investors desiring to increase ARPA. We don't have to increase our prices in order to pay dividends to shareholders and investors because we don't have any.
8. PropertyMutual is structured to make it impossible to have a conventional exit strategy or IPO due to our Charitable Assignment Condition. It cannot be sold to enrich founders, investors or shareholders as a) we have none and b) any financial gain arising from the unlikely event of the business ceasing has to be gifted to charity.
9. PropertyMutual's mission is to provide a PropTech property listing and services platform, owned, funded and run by professional partners to facilitate the professional delivery of property, legal and financial services and to be of long standing service to the UK property industry and the consumer.
10. Property professionals can, once and for all, ignore all the next "super portals" or "free" portals, all of which are either stock market listed or influenced by advertisers, outside investors or commercial exit strategies and are thus subject to external influence for the benefit of those bodies.
