Regional Board Directors work with Regional Representatives

• PropertyMutual seeks PropertyMutual members prepared to commit time and effort to their mutual on, for the time being, a 'pro bono' basis
• Property expertise is not a pre-requisite for Board membership as we have other areas requiring input and leadership including IT, publicity and marketing.
• The board is constituted of an executive board appointed by the Mutual to run the business, outnumbered by 12 regional member Board Directors.
  • The 12 member directors, a voting majority, are nominated by the members of the mutual.
  • The executive directors are appointed by the service provider.
  • All directors of the mutual are currently unpaid.
• • In the fullness of time there may be external board appointees proposed to the partnership to strengthen the representation, knowledge and credibility of the board.
